Sue Reed qualified in the UK in 1985 as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She moved to France in 1990 and in 1995 set up Bonne Sante a private physiotherapy and alternative therapy centre in Val d’Isere. She is a craniosacral therapist , chi kung teacher and mindfulness trainer.
In 2006 she moved to Italy to set up a “ Il respiro della vita” The breath of Life center set in the beautiful Appenines where she runs chi kung courses and uses her unique approach and mix of talents to help clients get back to full health and fitness.
She qualified as a Chi Kung teacher with the College of Elemental chi kung in 2004 and completed their advanced training in 2007. She has also studied with Dr. Zhu in Italy completing a three year programme with her. She continues to teach retreats and seminars with the College of Elemental chi kung internationally.
The last two years she has qualified as a Mindfulness Trainer in MBSR mindfulness based stress reduction in Italy . She has recently completed their advanced training with AIM (associazione Italiana di Mindfulness) and Bangor university. She is teaching regular MBSR, 8 week courses in Italy.
